DIRECTION:

  1. Clean and dry area of application.
  2. Peel off the protective film and apply the plaster to the affected area when needed (may apply on each side of the ovary).
  3. Change plaster every 4 hours until pain is relieved.
  4. To relieve nausea, open package and deeply inhale the scent. Always keep unused plasters in the original packaging and ziplock tightly to maintain their medicinal effectiveness.
