  • For local shipping, 3-5 working days is expected. For overseas shipping, depending on country locations, 14-30 working days is to be expected.

  • Please drop us an urgent email to hello@sibe.com.sg within 3 hrs upon placing your orders. Alternatively, you may drop us an urgent call at +6562915291 and speak to any customer service. Calls will only be picked up from Monday to Friday, 9-6pm.

  • Yes! KOLI products are safe for general use as intended.

    Our products are rigorously tested for safety and quality. We prioritize using high-quality materials and adhere to strict manufacturing standards to ensure that our customers receive safe and effective pain relief solutions.

    Do note that some products may not be suitable for sensitive skin. Please discontinue use if you experience any itching, irritation, or discomfort. Do not apply our products to open wounds, rashes, or areas with pus.

  • All expiry dates are clearly stated on the product packaging.

    KOLI products generally have a shelf life of 2 to 3 years from the date of manufacture.

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are strictly subject to KOLI's discretion.

    Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the outcome depends on our internal policies and judgment.

    Request must be made within 30 days of the delivered date. Before a refund can be considered, one of the following criteria must be met:

    1) The order was not received
    2) The product received is damaged or defective
    3) The wrong product was received

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
